BMBT operates under the trademark “Barcelona Mini Bus Transfers” and acts as an agent, providing transportation booking services through its website.

For your convenience, we may provide translations of these terms in several languages. However, in the event of discrepancies, the Spanish version shall always prevail for legal purposes.

BMBT is a value-added intermediation service complementary to official minibus and taxi services. As added value, it offers:

  • 24/7 booking management (modifications, cancellations, service adaptations).
  • Customer support with 24-hour assistance.
  • Secure online prepayment for services.

Payment for services includes the transportation service provided by the Provider, as well as the management services offered by BMBT.

By making a reservation, you confirm that you:

  1. Have read, understood, and accepted these General Conditions.
  2. Have the legal authority to contract services on your own behalf and/or on behalf of companions.
  3. Are responsible for providing accurate information and notifying BMBT of any modifications or cancellations.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual and industrial property rights, including trademarks, trade names, texts, graphics, logos, images, and software appearing on this site, are the property of BMBT or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without express written consent is prohibited.

2. Service Requests

  • All bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
  • By filling out the booking form, you are making an offer to contract a service with the Provider.
  • Confirmation is only valid once you receive a booking voucher by email.
  • BMBT acts as an agent; the transportation contract is directly with the Provider.

3. Prices and Payments

  • Prices shown on the website are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes.
  • Payment is required at the time of booking.
  • If the Provider cannot fulfill the service, BMBT will offer an alternative or issue a full refund.

4. Modifications and Cancellations

  • Modifications must be requested by email at least 24 hours before pickup.
  • Cancellations requested at least 72 hours before pickup will be fully refunded.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 72 hours before pickup or for no-shows.

5. Insurance and Liability

  • Clients are encouraged to obtain personal travel insurance (including accident, illness, luggage, and cancellation coverage).
  • BMBT acts only as an agent and is not liable for the performance of the Provider’s transportation service.
  • BMBT will not be responsible for delays, accidents, or events beyond its control (force majeure).

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate personal and booking details.
  • Ensure timely arrival at pickup points (driver waiting time: maximum 30 minutes).
  • Comply with local laws and regulations.
  • Carry valid identification and travel documents.

7. Right of Admission

  • The Provider may refuse service to passengers under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behavior compromises safety.
  • Smoking, alcohol, and narcotics are strictly prohibited inside vehicles.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
For any disputes, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Barcelona, Spain, unless otherwise established by mandatory law.
